Founder and CEO
Marc is a founder and CEO of Kurado. As an executive at both Fortune 50 company's like NBC, MCI and AOL and startups alike, Marc has helped companies realize their fullest potential by embracing the power of digital. He leads a team of environmental and technology experts to understand the intricacies of the industrial hygiene business and build cutting edge solutions that drive efficiency, reduce error and help businesses win.
Head of Product
An asbestos, lead, and mold subject matter expert and training provider with over 27 years of environmental consulting experience, David has held senior-level positions with Terracon, IHI Environmental, and PSI. This experience in combination with his software development background place David at the intersection between business, design, and technology. He holds a BGS in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.
Having graduated from the University of Limerick in Ireland with an honors degree in Computer Science, Mark has held positions with Dell, O2, Vodafone, Virgin Media, and Action Point Innovation managing client services and software development. Today, as CTO of Kurado, Mark is responsible for guiding the technical vision of the platform and leading the development team to deliver on that vision.
Andrea started her career in the KPMG Software and Assurance group. She later joined Optical Capital Group as the Director of Finance responsible for helping entrepreneurs within their incubator set up their financial systems. Andrea has a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science from UNC Chapel Hill’s Keenan Flagler Business School.
VP of Business Development
Prior to joining Kurado, Jamie was at VersionOne, Kaplan, Inc. and Bond International Software where he held senior roles in sales, operations and development. In addition to his experience with multiple software organizations over the past 15 years, he also has experience in the environmental consulting field as an environmental scientist working on projects requiring expertise in industrial hygiene, Phase I & II environmental assessments, and underground storage tank assessment and abatement.
VP of Client Services
A client services, marketing and business development executive, Don has a strong background in account management, strategic partnerships, consumer electronics and mobile, subscription marketing, and digital media. He has held senior roles at Tekserve (the pre-cursor to Apple’s Genius Bar), Micro Warehouse, and eMusic where his strategic thinking, new business development initiatives, data-driven analyses, and attention to detail have consistently resulted in rapid and profitable customer and company growth. Since joining Kurado, Don has also become an AHERA-accredited asbestos inspector.
